Then, you'll head back to the kitchen to start cooking. The chef will guide you through the process of making dishes like dolma (stuffed grape leaves), börek (a savory pastry), and kebab.

One of the highlights of the Cappadocia Cooking Class is the opportunity to use a tandoor oven, which is used to make traditional Turkish bread. You'll learn how to make pide, a type of Turkish bread that's similar to pizza, and you'll get to enjoy it fresh out of the oven.
